Our Legal Team is directed by Susan Von Hoene

Sterling Building Specialists is dedicated to protecting your property. Our legal team is there for the customer for all your construction and permitting needs. The legal team handles all contracts, assist in negotiations and assist in handling relations with the customers. Sterling Building works in many fields: general contracting, beach armouring, erosion control, media, commercial cleaning and custom chartering. Susan Von Hoene handles all contracting with the subcontractors. She handles all of the necessary corporate work for the company. Susan is profiecent with the permitting process with the county, and state departments - DEP and Wildlife and Fisheries and at the federal level - EPA and U.S. Wildlife and Fisheries. She handles all litigation for Sterling Building Specialists and will assist in human resources such as discrimination issues, workman's comp, hiring and firing and personnel issues.
